The Canplas CanSweep is a great alternative to the VacPan. Easy on/off function by touching the lid with your toe, turning on your central vacuum. Sweep the dust and dirt up to the VacuSweep, touch the lid to open and activate – the dust and dirt into the inlet and is sucked away. To close gently touch on the bottom part of the lid.
The new seal gives accurate lid closure.
The main difference between the CanSweep and the VacPan is the pipe connection. With the CanSweep the pipe fits on the back, whereas with the VacPan the pipe fits on the top.
A Canplas CanSweep replaces the orginal VacuSweep.

A CanSweep needs to be allowed for when you are having your home piped out and is installed at the same time as your system is finished off.
It can sometimes be added to an existing central vacuum system where we can access the existing pipework at the back of the kitchen cabinets or where an inlet is nearby.
